For Samsung Intercept users, you can’t set up speed dial to a contact number, however, you can add contacts you call frequently to your favorites list and dial them quickly. In this way, you can quickly access your most used or preferred Contacts entries, easy to dial your favorite Contacts.
How to dial from favorites, let’s see the following step-by-step guidance
First, press the Home Key and Tap Contacts
Second, from the Contacts tab listing, you need to touch and hold the entry name
Third, tap Add to favorites from the Contacts Entry context menu
Through above instructions, you can easily dial from favorites on the Intercept device.
How to assign a speed dial location on Samsung Intercept:
1. Press the Home Key Tap Contacts>Press Menu Key
2. Press and touch Speed dial.
3. Touch an empty speed dial location.
4. Scroll through your Contacts list and touch an entry’s phone number. Once finish, the entry’s contact image and selected number will be added to the selected Speed Dial location.
Keep in mind that only existing an existing Contacts entry can be assigned to an available Speed Dial location. You can assign eight speed dial locations, location 1 is reserved for your voicemail.
