Some people ask if it is possible to receive and read a message while in a call on the Samsung Craft device, the answer is yes.
If the customer sets the phone’s Auto View feature to On, new text messages will automatically appear in the display and scroll slowly to the end of the message. If Auto View is Off, when a message comes in, the user will see an Envelope icon alerting them to check their inbox.
To activate Auto View, touch the Messages icon at the bottom of the display, and then Message Setting. Select On under Text Message Auto View
