You can use your existing plan to make calls over a Wi-Fi network with Wi-Fi calling feature of your Samsung Galaxy S 4G, follow the instructions below to see how.

Step 1. Touch Applications from your Samsung Galaxy S 4G homescreen.

Step 2. Scroll and find Wi-Fi Calling, select it.

Step 3. You need to be connected with a Wi-Fi network to continue, if you are not, touch the WiFi settings icon.

Step 4. Touch WiFi to turn the WiFi radio on.

Step 5. Under WiFi networks, select the WiFi point you want to connect to.

Step 6. If it is a close connection, you need to input WiFi password.

Step 7. Touch Back button on the bottom of your Samsung Galaxy S 4G and the blue bar to turn WiFi calling on.

Step 8. Make sure the WiFi calling is turned on and press Home button on the bottom of your Samsung Galaxy S 4G.

Step 9. Touch Phone to make a call.

Step 10. Dial the number or choose a contact, then touch Call.

Step 11. When you want to end the call, simply touch End Call.

Step 12. To turn WiFi calling off, just pull the notifications panel down, then touch WiFi calling ready.

Step 13. Touch the blue bar again to turn WiFi calling off.

It’s suggested to turn WiFi calling off when you don’t use it to save your Samsung Galaxy S 4G’s battery life.
